Machine park

The machinery park consists of many modern devices. Among the machines owned, there are as many as 16 hydraulic presses, which allow for precise shaping of bent-laminated plywood. We have 9 high-frequency generators (HFG), enabling efficient production of bent plywood elements. This allows the company to produce components with complex shapes and precise dimensions.

The factory also has 1 vacuum veneer press, which enables meticulous veneer bonding on different substrates, such as furniture boards. This ensures excellent quality and durability of the products.

For the production of components with precise shapes, the company utilizes 6 CNC machines - 5-axis machining centers, as well as 1 CNC machine - 3-axis machining center. These machines enable the creation of highly precise elements and significantly reduce production time.

The factory also has 2 wide belt sanders, which allow for precise sanding of various surfaces. The painting line, which is also essential in a furniture facility, enables the coating of products with varnish or paint, increasing their durability and aesthetics.

The machines are regularly serviced and upgraded, ensuring their reliability.
